1. Licensed Kadamays and Kadamays of POs can participate. All PAKISAMA Mutual employees and members of the Board of Directors are disqualified from this promo.
2. The period covered for the Quarterly Regional Draw is as follows:
1st Quarter July 1 to September 30, 2003
2nd Quarter October 1 to December 31, 2003
3rd Quarter January 1 to March 31, 2004
4th Quarter April 1 to July 31, 2004
3. The period covered for the Grand Draw is July 1, 2003 to July 31, 2004.
4. The raffle draw dates and venue will be announced. The Grand Raffle Draw will coincide with the 3rd National Convention.
5. For the 1st and 2nd Quarter Regional Draw, a Kadamay gets on (1) raffle ticket for the first P2,000 worth of production. For every P1,000 worth of production in excess of the first P2,000, a Kadamay gets one (1) additional raffle ticket.
6. For the 3rd and 4th Quarter Regional Draw, a Kadamay gets one (1) raffle ticket for the first P3,000 worth of production. For every P1,500 worth of production in excess of the first P3,000, a Kadamay gets one (1) additional raffle ticket.
7. Raffle tickets of previous Regional Quarterly Draws will not be included in the current Regional Quarterly Draw but will be included in the Grand Draw.
8. There should be at least 150 raffle tickets submitted for a Regional Quarterly Draw to push through. Otherwise, the tickets will be combined with the tickets of the succeeding Regional Quarterly Draw.
9. Non-winning tickets from all Regional Quarterly Draws will be included in the Grand Draw.
10. The PO of the winning Kadamay in the Grand Draw will get the same prize.
11. Deadline of submission of entries is every 25th of the last month of each quarter.
12. A Kadamay can only win once in every Regional Quarterly Draw. The prize with the higher value will be awarded.
13. Winners will be notified through telegram as to where they can claim the prize. Prizes not claimed within 60 days of notification will be forfeited in favor of the PAKISAMA Mutual.
14. Winners will be asked to present their winning raffle ticket bearing the corresponding serial number, plus any of the following: SSS ID, Pag-IBIG ID, passport, driver's license, PAKISAMA ID, or any valid ID with picture.
15. The winner will shoulder the cost of freight and delivery, and tax.
