The Matalingkas na Agraryong Grupong Sararo para sa Kauswagan kan Camarines Sur (MAGSAKA-CA) is a provincial agrarian reform federation  of 1,108 agrarian reform farmers in 11 cooperatives and barangays in 9 municipalities of Camarines Sur: Buhi, Bula, Calabanga, Goa, Libmanan, Minalabac, Pasacao, Sipocot, and Tigaon.

LSBs-accredited MAGSAKA-CA traces its beginnings to a PO leaders forum organized in 1992 by the TriPARRD. In 1993, the POs transformed the forum into an alliance, and registered it with the SEC on November 23, 1993. The alliance envisions the creation of a happy community and society that has liberty, justice, peace, unity, love, and belief in God. Towards this, MAGSAKA-CA intends o be a strong and stable alliance of free agrarian cooperatives in Camarines Sur moving for the strengthening of the farmer's group, advocating sustainable development based on sustainable agriculture.

It has pledged itself to: continuously develop and strengthen farmers as individuals and as groups or communities, through education and formation sessions; create communities witnessing sustainable development by supporting projects based on sustainable agriculture; vigilant advocacy on issues related to agrarian reform and sustainable agriculture; and continuous solidarity with other sectors and agencies for a more meaningful participation in society.

MAGSAKA-CA continues to engage the coco levy issue, while operating projects on trading and marketing, micro finance, and sustainable agriculture. Its office is in CASAFI Compound, Liboton Street, Naga City.
